Stuart Massey, CFO

Since 2011, Stuart has partnered with ZHS Investments and other real-estate operators to help analyze and invest in real-estate projects primarily in the Dallas/ Ft. Worth metroplex. He has personally invested over $13 million in single-family “fix and flips” and multi-family new construction projects and is also focused on supporting the related Triton Global Real Estate Fund.

Leveraging his background in banking and private equity, Stuart is an entrepreneur with an extensive background in corporate finance.  In 2000, he co-founded Nascent Systems, a software consulting firm with a specialty in deploying global financial and supply-chain solutions.  That company was sold in 2012 to Perficient, a publicly-traded global consultancy.

Stuart’s responsibilities at ZHS will include supporting accounting, managing equity and debt capital structures, and asset underwriting.
